This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions for cancelling course enrollments, subscription plans, or professional services on our website (www.redschool.in) or mobile application. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations apply to individual course enrollments and recurring subscription-based services.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@redschool.in or through your account settings on the Platform, where applicable.

  • Upon cancellation, access to the relevant learning content or subscription benefits will cease at the end of the applicable period.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by our separate Refund Policy.

2. Course Enrollment Cancellations

  • Eligibility: You may cancel your enrollment in a specific course within 2 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content (e.g., recorded videos, study materials, or mock exams).

  • Process: Submit a request to info@redschool.in with your full name, registered email, and Order ID.

  • Outcome: If eligible, course access will be revoked. If the 2-day period has passed or content consumption exceeds 20%, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Free Content: Free courses or trials can be discontinued at any time without formal notice.

3. Subscription-Based Services

  • Cancellation: You may cancel recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly/annual access to premium curriculum) at any time via your account settings.

  • Timing: Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid automated charges.

  • Access: Upon cancellation, you retain access to the elite content until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. For annual plans, a reminder will be sent 7 days prior to renewal.

4. Technical Issues

  • If platform-related technical issues prevent you from accessing purchased classes or simulations, contact info@redschool.in within 7 days of purchase.

  • We will investigate and offer either a technical fix or a cancellation with a refund per the Refund Policy.

5. Non-Cancellable Services

The following cannot be cancelled once initiated:

  • Digital Downloads: Any PDFs or study guides once they have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Completed Assessments: Exams, quizzes, or certifications already submitted.

  • Flash Sales: Promotional services explicitly marked as “non-cancellable” at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellation Request Process

  2. Order ID or Subscription Details.

  3. Reason for cancellation (to help us improve our curriculum).

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may consider requests outside the standard period at our sole discretion. We comply with regional consumer protection laws, such as the EU 14-day cooling-off period where applicable.
