  • “User” or “You”: Any individual or entity (student or instructor) accessing the Platform.

  • “We,” “Us,” or “Our”: Red School and its affiliates.

  • “Content”: All courses, videos, mock tests, and materials provided by instructors on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

  • By using the Platform, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • Organizations using the Platform represent that they have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • To access elite courses or publish content, you must create an account providing accurate information (name, email, phone).

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your credentials.

  • Notify us immediately at info@redschool.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Use of the Platform

  • Permitted Use: You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial learning or for publishing authorized educational content.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You may not copy or redistribute Content without consent, share account access, upload unlawful materials, or use automated scrapers to extract data from the Platform.

5. Courses and Content

  • Access: Upon successful registration and payment, you receive access to purchased materials for the duration specified in the description.

  • Multi-Instructor Marketplace: Content is developed by independent experts. While we strive for the “Elite Standard,” we do not guarantee specific career outcomes or job placements.

  • Updates: We or our instructors may update Content to maintain industry relevance.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees: Pricing for courses and certifications is listed on the Platform and is subject to change.

  • Processing: Payments are handled via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).

  • Refunds: All purchases are subject to the Red School Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All proprietary Platform features and branding (Red School logos) are owned by us.

  • Content uploaded by instructors is licensed to Red School to display and distribute to students.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of purchased Content.

8. Achievement Showcase

  • We may feature your success stories, photographs, or course achievements in our promotional materials or social media to celebrate your progress.

  • You may opt out by contacting info@redschool.in.

9. Instructor & Revenue Terms

Instructors wishing to publish Content on the Platform agree to the following financial and quality standards:

  • Revenue Share: For every successful sale of an instructor’s course, the Net Revenue shall be distributed as follows: 70% to the Instructor and 30% to the Platform.

  • No Maintenance Fees: The Platform does not charge any recurring maintenance, hosting, or subscription fees to the instructor for keeping their content live.

  • Quality Standards: Instructors represent that any content uploaded is original and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Payouts: Revenue distributions are made according to the Platform’s standard payout schedule, subject to the clearance of refund periods.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend your account for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited conduct.

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Access to paid content will cease upon termination unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • Red School is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
